Scarlett’s palette is based on a movie we did together where her character was a college student at NYU. She was among good company on this movie. We kept her look young and fresh, but always looking like the beautiful Scarlett. I used a cooler palette to pop her eyes and a hint of rose colors to highlight her cheeks.
